Khunying Alma Link was once quoted as saying, " I was born for
nursing." She spent more than half her life helping the poor, needy,
sick and less fortunate of Thailand.
Born in Southern Russia of English parents, on April 12,1898, she
began her nursing career in 1920.
It was in Bangkok that she met her husband, Mr. Herbert Link, who
recently became the Managing Partner of B. Grimm & Co. They wedded
on August 26, 1939. She really enjoyed working for the community
and began pouring all of her energy and compassion into it.
