B.Grimm is the major shareholder of Amata Power Ltd. Amata Power currently operates three co-generation power plant in Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate with an output of 165 MW, 114 MW and 55 MW respectively, 180 MW of which are supplied directly to EGAT. Another power plant, with an eventual output of 120 MW is located in Amata City (Bien Hoa) Industrial Park in Vietnam and the first phase of 12.8 MW is now in operation.
